Although this composition is full of jazz 7th, 9th, 11th, and 13th chords, it is possibly the easiest piece in the Chiera Music catalog. "Above the Clouds" is very popular to harpists and their audiences, and Frank has attempted to employ similar stylistic elements (without imitating melodic or harmonic material) to create a piece that is simple, elegant, and harmonically interesting. The mood is very relaxing, spa-like, and peaceful. Once again, Frank was in a diatonic mood when he wrote this one - no lever/pedal changes.
For Lever and Pedal harps.
